The produce managers keep a variety of local items, and love trying new fruits and veges, like cherimoya (ask for what's new on the floor) exotics for refreshing picnics in Lowell park by the river. Their deli is equipped with a handful of vegan items (hearty burritos, crisp pico de gallo, and antipastos), wonderful smoothie bar and sandwich station. The environment is laid back, and you can tell the staff loves the place. The deli takes care to treat their quality products with the utmost care, composing fresh meals with very sanitary practices. Eat like a local barefooted on the back platform. Treat our town like the gem it is and be sure to respectfully dispose of wrappers. Peace, love, and welcome!
This is a nice co-op. Small, but clean and inviting and has basics for vegans. We had just eaten lunch, and so we didn't try any of their made-to-order sandwiches, but they do have a few that could be veganized if you'd like. We tried a brownie made by a place called "wise woman" but sold in the co-ops deli section (they have a large selection of locally made deli items for sale in their refrigerated section), and it was good, but not spectacular. My favorite thing was that they had a bucket of flower bouquets marked 'FREE' that were imperfect right up by the registers.
River Market has a pretty decent selection of ready-to-eat foods, and a good variety of interesting sammiches can be made-to-order at the deli.

This is the closest co-op to me, and also the biggest health foods store i've ever been in. They have a great selection of items, and pretty decent pre-made vegan food (which is clearly marked). I stop everytime we are in stillwater.
